Welcome to Haliburton Guitar Studio! We’re excited to work with you. Here’s a quick overview of our payment policy to keep everything smooth and straightforward.


Payment Information

Monthly Billing: All lessons are billed monthly, and e-invoices are sent through email on the first business day of the month.

Lesson Rates: Private lessons are $27.50/half hour, and we typically schedule them weekly for either half-hour or full-hour sessions. You can enjoy your lessons in person at our cozy studio in downtown Haliburton or from the comfort of your home via Zoom or FaceTime.

No Registration Fee: We believe in making it easy for new students, so there’s no registration fee. We do ask for a commitment of at least one month to ensure you get the most out of your learning experience.

Payment Methods: We accept a variety of payment options for your convenience: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, e-transfer, cheque, and cash. If you choose to pay by cheque, please make it out to Haliburton Guitar Studio. You can also find a payment option in our studio store.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, we’ll happily credit your lesson to the following month.

Please note that lessons canceled without 24 hours’ notice won’t be eligible for a refund or reschedule.


My Music Staff

At The Haliburton Guitar Studio, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our students and their families. To enhance our services, we utilize My Music Staff, an online platform that simplifies scheduling, communication, and billing. Upon registration, all students and their guardians receive a login to our online lesson portal at www.haliburtonguitarstudio.ca/student-login. Here, you can easily access billing information, view your lesson schedule, and explore additional lesson materials. We’re committed to making your learning journey as smooth and enriching as possible!
